Refund policy

At Arthur Eleanor, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For U.S. orders, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• Your order number or purchasing email is required.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
